Hi Ladies,

Lets get ready for tonight! We will be doing my superset program which only requires about 1 metre square floor space, a small cushion or exercise ball if you have one, and a  couch or chair.

Supersets means we will be targeting one area of muscles doing a combination of exercises in a set then repeating. For some areas we might have one or two set combinations to go through. However, we will smoothly transition from one to the next, ensuring that we include our whole body in the session.
